Barbra B. Malone
Associate Attorney 

Having grown up right off the square in downtown Marietta, Attorney Barbara Malone is a true Marietta native. Barbara graduated from Marietta High School in 1988, later going on to complete her bachelors degree at Georgia Southern University in 1993. While at Georgia Southern she began working as the Assistant Chief Probation Officer at Georgia Probation Management in Cherokee County, Georgia. In 1996 she attended John Marshall Law School's night program while continuing to work full time. After graduating from Law School in 1999 she clerked for the Honorable A. Harris Adams for several years before taking time off to raise her three children.

Barbara is active in political organizations as well as her community by supporting many charitable organizations.

Barbara's legal memberships include the State Bar of Georgia, Cobb County Bar Association, The Marietta Lawyers Club and Southern Trial Lawyers Association.

Collin D. Hatcher
Associate Attorney 

Collin Hatcher, another Marietta native, graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University in 2011 where he received his B.S. in political science. Collin later earned his law degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, Collin was heavily involved in the Trial Advocacy program, serving as a member of Cumberland's Nation Trial Team and as a Director on the Trial Advocacy Board. As well as this, Collin served as the Research and Writing Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, in which he has been published twice. He later served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow for Cumberland's Lawyering and Legal Reasoning Program. In 2016, Collin was selected to compete in Baylor Law School’s Top Gun Trial Competition. The Top Gun Competition is by invitation only. Sixteen law students from across the entire Country are selected and invited each year.

 

Collin is currently licensed to practice law in Georgia and Alabama with a focus in general litigation. He has experience in various types of contract, business, construction, and insurance coverage litigation, as well as shareholder disputes and corporate breakups, land disputes, post-judgment litigation, and litigation regarding wills, trusts, and estate

Jordan P. Aldridge

After graduating Cum Laude  from Pensacola Christian College in 2010, Jordan attended Regent University School of Law where he obtained his law degree. Although practicing a wide range of law, Jordan's main focus is in civil litigation, including commercial litigation, construction law, and tort litigation. Jordan also has experience and knowledge in issue involving landlord/tenant disputes, wills and trust litigation.
